Delivery Charges by Product Type
Products on our website are clearly badged to identify the relevant delivery service and any associated delivery charge. Some products are supplied directly from manufacturers or tier 1 distributors, meaning delivery thresholds may vary by product type.

We are continuing to expand the range of categories available through the website, including products supplied directly from manufacturers and specialist distributors. Delivery identifiers help clearly separate products into the correct delivery groups during checkout.
Bespoke Delivery Services
On request, we can offer a pick and wrap delivery service where orders are individually boxed and labelled for desktop delivery.

Returns Policy
We can arrange collection of unwanted items free of charge, provided you advise us within two working days of delivery. A full credit will then be issued for these items.
If any items arrive damaged, are missing from your delivery, or have arrived in error, please let us know within two working days so we can quickly collect the items and send a replacement.
Returning Unwanted Items
- The goods must be unopened and in the condition they were delivered.
- The goods must be in their original packaging.
- All manuals and components must be included.
- The box must have no writing or markings on it.
Returns After Two Days
After two days from delivery, items may only be returned at our discretion and may be credited at less than the full value.
Returns Exceptions
Office machines, furniture, specials and some electrical products are excluded from our returns policy.
We also cannot accept food or drink returns, including biscuits, tea, coffee and water, because of health and safety regulations.
